2017 NHL Draft: 1st Round

The 2017 NHL Draft began off on Friday night at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois.

Round number one of the draft took place tonight, with rounds two through seven on Saturday.

The Montreal Canadiens used their 25th overall pick in the 2017 NHL Draft to select Ryan Poehling. Further down in the article at the 25th selection, there are some brief scouting reports on Poehling.
